Founder, Jason Wells, hails from Lawton, OK, but it was his love and talent for the game of football that carried him to Dallas, TX early in his career. While playing for the Dallas Desperados Arena Football Team, Jason was introduced to its owners, the Jerry Jones family. The Jones’ became instrumental in helping catapult Jason into a new arena: commercial real estate. Through the guidance and expertise of his advisors, Jason was afforded many unique learning opportunities, many of which included brokering high-value transactions in one of the largest cities in the United States. The booming Dallas market helped Jason discover innovative practices and principles that are necessary to create and sustain a thriving market while also learning the key to gaining a competitive edge.
After Jason learned the ins and outs of commercial real estate acquisition, development and management, he decided to bring his talent, resources and tools back home to Southwest Oklahoma. His emphasis was placed on the communities of Lawton, Duncan, Elgin, Cache and other surrounding areas.
