Sam Helton
Sam Helton was born in Lawton, Oklahoma and has made Lawton his home. A former Lawton Police Officer and Coordinator of the Lawton Crime Stoppers Program. Sam was elected to the Oklahoma State Senate in 1992 and served as a State Senator until November 2004. Due to Oklahoma Legislative term limits of 12 years, Senator Helton retired from the Senate. Senator Helton served as the Senate Majority Whip, Chairman of Military Veterans Affairs and Public Safety Committee, Chairman of Energy Environmental Resources and Regulatory Affairs Committee of the Oklahoma State Senate.Senator Helton was the principal Senate author of Lawton/Ft. Sill $32 million Veteran's Center, a 200 bed long-term nursing facility for our nation's War Heroes and the principal Senate author of incentive package for the Goodyear plant in Lawton. This was a $36 million incentive package to enhance their $250 million expansion program. Senator Helton holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Western Oklahoma State College and a BS in Business Management and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University. Sam has three children, Randy, Christopher, Kayla and two granddaughters, Kelsie and Avery, and a grandson, Joey. Sam obtained his Oklahoma Real Estate Brokers License and partnership with Jason Wells and formed Insight Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in January, 2006. Sam currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Black Beaver District Boy Scouts of America and serves as a Board Member of the Lawton Crime Stoppers Program. He also serves as a Board member of the Lawton Chamber of Commerce. His goals are to help southwest Oklahoma to grow and continue to be a great place to live and raise a family. Jason Wells
Jason Andrew Wells is a Lawton, Oklahoma native. Jason attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, from whom he received dual college
scholarships in football and soccer. He graduated from Furman in the year of 2000, with a B.A. degree. While in attendance at Furman University,
Jason not only excelled in his academics, he also stood out in his collegiate activities in both soccer and football. After college, Jason had a unique experience playing professional football in the Arena Football League and opportunities with multiple NFL football teams. His professional football career began in San Jose, California, where he beat out UCLA's All American kicker in training camp, from there he went on to play for the San Jose Saber Cats, the Orlando Predators, and the Dallas Desperados, with whom he spent three consecutive seasons with the Jerry Jones' Dallas Cowboys Arena Football League franchise, playing the position of placekicker. Throughout his Arena Football League career, Jason was consistently amongst the top kickers in the Arena Football League, while also leading the league in percentage records. Jason still holds multiple AFL records. Jason was offered and accepted a job with the Robert Lynn Company, a commercial real estate firm in Dallas, Texas while in his last season with the Dallas Desperados. After four years, Jason then decided to retire from professional football and returned to his hometown of Lawton, Oklahoma in 2004, in pursuit of commercial real estate opportunities. Jason teamed up with retired Oklahoma State Senator, Sam Helton to form a new partnership in Insight Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Insight Commercial has quickly grown in its success, with hard work, loyalty and knowledge of the area. Jason is currently a member in the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidacy program to obtain his CCIM designation, which is the most prestigious and highly respected designation in the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, Jason is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) the worlds leading retail real estate association. Jason currently holds an Oklahoma brokers license and is also licensed in the state of Texas . His goals are to continually strive to make Insight Commercial the most knowledgeable and dominating real estate company in the region. | |||||||||

Lynda Poe
Lynda E. Poe is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, where she attended Irmo High School, started a family and then attended the University of South Carolina.
Lynda is married to James (Buddy) Poe, a Lawton Police Officer and retired Navy Reservist, they have five amazing children between them and three delightful grandchildren. Lynda has made Lawton her home since 1999 and has served the community through various means. Lynda has participated in the Pregnancy Resource Center's Walk for Life for seven years. Lynda served as the Chaplin for the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary. She has been a member of Trinity Baptist Church since 2000, serving on various committees and in multiple facets. Presently she is serving on the Finance Committee and Personnel Committee, she has in the past been the Director of Vacation Bible School, taught in the AWANA program, hosted home based churches, been on two mission trips to Asia and served as a Wednesday night cook. Lynda is a co-founder of The Epic Life Project, a non-profit group that attempts to meet the needs of people in and around the community and throughout the world. They have helped to renovate people's homes who could not have afforded to have it done otherwise; they have helped to feed those who are hungry, clothe those who are without and sponsor various missionaries. Lynda started off in residential real estate and then moved to commercial real estate with Insight in March 2008. | |||||||||
